Robert C. Verderaime

 

Robert Verderaime, a founding partner of Verderaime & DuBois, of Baltimore, has tried hundreds of civil cases in State Circuit Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland for both plaintiff and defendant.  He has argued before the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

 

He has served as President, Executive Vice President and Board of Governors for the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association and is the Past President of the American Inns of Court.

 

Mr. Verderaime's decades of service as an esteemed member of the Maryland legal community also includes local and national association memberships, authorship of dozens of published articles, a sought-after speaker and lecturer and he is the recipient of countless awards and accomplishments including:

A. Harold "Pit" DuBois

 

A. Harold “Pit” DuBois, a founding partner of Verderaime & DuBois, of Baltimore, recently was installed as a member of the College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers.

 

After receiving his Juris Doctor at the University of Baltimore and being admitted to practice law in Maryland, DuBois was accepted for admission to Naval Officer Candidate School. He performed legal work around the world for the JAG Corps, retiring in 1994 with the rank of

commander.

 

After he had completed active duty in the Navy in 1965 DuBois entered into private practice. In 1969 he and Robert C. Verderaime founded their law firm, where he continues to practice, representing families and individuals who have been harmed at work or by others.

 

DuBois has served as president of the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association and is on the board of directors of the Workers’ Injury Law and Advocacy Group.

Thomas J. McNicolas, Esq.

 

Thomas J. McNicholas is a leading attorney in the state of Maryland and has been meeting the needs of clients, including individuals and businesses, for over 25 years.

 

He expertly handles a wide range of law cases but predominantly medical malpractice and complex tort litigation on behalf of plaintiffs. (i. e. many child lead poisoning cases and job related electrocutions.)
